Chain Adjustments

• The Drive chain tensionis vital to the bikes performance and service life of the chain and sprockets.
• Figure 1 shows the method of measuring chain tension.
• The amount of play should be between 20 and 25mm.
• If it is incorrect, adjust the rear wheel position (on a workstand) using the chain adjuster bolts on the rear of the swingarm.
